I was told it was 20 min wait drove to the place and it was 2.5 hrs wait 10 minutes later. There system was very poor for getting your hair cut. They won't assist people and make the appointment for them when they call. That's the most frustrating part of it . It's not the Stylist fault it is management that don't want to spend the money for customer service 😒 I will not go there or great clips again in the future.
