Wanted Lauryn. She's great. Signed in and it was 45 minutes. Ran an errand , got back it was 25 minutes. 5 minutes there and my name was gone.. What's up?

The staff there are amazing. I will only go to Sport Clips for my haircuts. Never disappointed.

Service was very disappointing. I had checked in and waited the expected 10 minutes while two customers finished up. After they were finished the two available stylists went into the back without greeting me or letting me know how much longer the wait would be. Had they acknowledged my presence I would have stuck around and waited, but I decided to leave after waiting around for a few more minutes. I have been getting my hair cut at this location for 5+ years, but I will now look elsewhere.
